GRAPES: 100% Nebbiolo
VINEYARD SURFACE: 0.6 hectares
EXPOSURE: south-west, hilly region at 350 m a.s.l.
SOIL: clay and limestone
AVERAGE VINE AGE: 10 years
VINIFICATION: traditional method with long maceration: fermentation in contact with the skins for 15/20 days, without adding yeasts, in glass-lined concrete vats, with 3/4 daily pump-overs.
AGING: 6 months in large 25-hl wooden gaskets
COLOR: intense garnet red.
NOSE: clear notes of ripe red fruits.
PALATE: balanced tannins, very pleasant thanks to its roundness, obtained through a balanced tannins/body ratio.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17° - 18° C
ALCOHOL BY VOL.: 14%-14.5% Vol
